MITRALAND has acquired a Land bank of 15 hectares in Purwakarta which is considered as one the fastest growing industrial zones in West Jawa.Purwakarta, is surrounded by the industrial satellite city such as Bekasi, Cikarang, Subang, and Karawang.
Our vision is to develop an industrial estate with an estimated built up area of 90.000 sqm.Our phase 1 development is planned to kick off by second quarter of 2021.
We are currently under masterplanning stage for this mixed use development project in Cikarang with a total land area of 5 hectares.This development includes an unique conceptulized Retail mall, Service apartments and also a 4 star rated Hotel.
