Job responsibilites

• Able to lead Mine Operations management Team and all Mining Personel & Resources
• To prepare & implement Operational Plans for Mine and to monitor progress and submit progress reports to management
• Propose Capital Expenditure projects to expand / improve capacity or operations
• Able to prepare production and operation budgets and monitor / report performance and costs
• Able to recognize / identify operational technical & safety challenges and to take proactive action to prevent / overcome them
• To work closely with Maintenance Department to ensure continuous, safe and efficient operation of mine
• Oversee new projects such as installation of new equipment or opening of new mines
• Oversee manpower planning and coordinate recruitment of staff at site to ensure smooth operations of mine

Qualification/Skills required :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mining, Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10-15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Able to plan and delegate work to achieve results
• Able to work independently and as a Team as and when required
• Good organizational skills and able to motivate subordinates
• Good analytical thinking, mature
• Good and effective communication skills; spoken & written
