Infrastructure Construction
In operation since 1981, Sumber Mitra Jaya as the backbone of Mitra Jaya Group has built a reputation as a reliable partner in infrastructure contractor.
Since 1987, Sumber Mitra Jaya (SMJ) has been a trusted partner for the Directorate General of Bina Marga and the Ministry of Public Works. Among many, SMJ’s credentials include certificates for ISO QMS 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, and ISO 14001:2015. SMJ has participated in many prestigious projects, spanning from roads to flyovers in Jakarta, Java Island, and other parts of Indonesia also some contracting work on infrastructure in India. With SMJ’s hold on the field of infrastructure construction, Mitra Jaya Group continues to make its mark and establishes its position on the market.
Pemalang Batang Toll Road
In 2018 PT Sumber Mitra Jaya completed the Pemalang Batang Toll Road as a part of the new Trans-Jawa Toll Road. In cooperation with PT Waskita Toll Road, SMJ completed the construction of a 39.2 kilometer road that has two sections. Section I (Pemalang–Pekalongan) spans 23.3 kilometers and Section II (Pekalongan–Batang) spans 15.9 kilometers. The toll road has been operational since November 2019.
Furthermore, the toll road has a major intersection in the east end, which is the Batang–Semarang Toll Road, and another in the west end, which is the Pejagan–Pemalang Toll Road. Both of these toll roads are also operational. They also form a part of the Trans-Jawa Toll Road that will connect cities from across Merak, Banten to Banyuwangi, East Jawa.
Cikampek Padalarang Toll Road
Cikampek - Padalarang toll road development phase II section IV (Cipada - Cikamuning) is a 3.7 km 4-lane highway going through some of the most difficult terrains along this stretch of toll road. It is a prestigious development of an important national infrastructure which connects the capital city of Jakarta with Bandung city. SMJ was entrusted by PT. Jasa Marga (Persero), Indonesian state-owned company, to manage the project with one-year completion.
Senen Flyover
One of SMJ’s early project awarded and overseen by Kementerian PUPR. Senen Flyover was completed within 1 (one) year from 1993 to 1994 with total length 585 km. This flyover stands from Senen Station to Kramat.
Matraman Flyover
The development project of Matraman flyover was confided by the Department of Public Works (DPU) DKI Jakarta to SMJ in 1993. As main contractor, the company managed to accomplished the task in less than 1 (one) year. This flyover has stands from Matraman to Pramuka ever since, facilitating the fast-moving activities in East Jakarta area.
